The 5F-10/2-II also serves as a synchronizer and time base corrector. Input NTSC, PAL, PAL-M, PAL-N, SECAM, or NTSC 4.43 and convert it to NTSC, PAL, PAL-M, PAL-N, SECAM or NTSC 4.43.
