The TR-7 is ideal to use NTSC (US system) video/TV equipment, camcorders, etc. in Brazil:

This high quality converter features RCA-type Video In and Video Out connectors, 220/110 Volts power supply, power on/off button with led indicator, and a convenient conversion mode switch to select PAL-M to NTSC or NTSC to PAL-M.

Color Phase control makes possible adjustment of tint of the color during conversion.
